This Father's Day, Casona Roma Norte invites you to celebrate in style with a proposal that combines the warmth of homemade flavors with the contemporary charm that defines its essence. On June 15, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. , Aquiles, its central restaurant, will be the meeting point for sharing a culinary experience with the family, with a selection of comforting dishes, classic favorites, and tributes to traditional Mexican cuisine.
Special Brunch at Aquiles – June 15
Designed to pamper Dad, this brunch begins with a welcome drink: a passion fruit margarita with a spicy kick that whets the appetite and sets the festive tone for the day. The experience kicks off with a tempting sweet section that includes pancakes, café de olla, and the irresistible "Panzón Francés." Various egg options follow, from classics made to order to more substantial versions like huevos casseroles or huevos tirados. Of course, chilaquiles, served with chicken or birria, and a variety of appetizers reminiscent of traditional cuisine, will be available: quesadillas, gorditas, and squash blossom pambazos, huitlacoche, potato with chorizo, or chicharrón. The stars of the day will be the quesabirrias.
The experience is completed with a selection of stews such as rajas poblanas, chicken tinga, birria, BBQ ribs, mashed potatoes, and grilled vegetables. Short rib and rib eye tacos are also available, ideal for the most discerning palates. And since dessert is a must , the brunch includes a selection that evokes nostalgia: fried plantains, mosaic gelatin with a hint of eggnog, and Neapolitan flan.
