Mexico City, June 12, 2025.-  As part of its innovation strategy, Grupo DANONE México announced the launch of  Oikos Pro , with which they seek to expand their presence in the high-protein Greek yogurt category by offering a new nutritious alternative that seeks to "feed the strength" of Mexican consumers.

This is a high-protein* product developed to meet functional nutrition needs.  Oikos Pro offers a higher protein content with 15g, 18g, or up to 70g, depending on the package (150g, 220g, or 700g); it also contains essential amino acids and vitamin D, is lactose-free, low in fat, and has no added sugar, making it a delicious and practical option for those looking to supplement their diet in a healthy way.

Currently, the demand for protein-rich diets has experienced a notable increase, driven both by recommendations from health professionals and by the growing needs of consumers. These diets not only promote recovery and muscle mass development, particularly during high-performance physical activities, but also contribute to maintaining a healthy body weight.   Oikos Pro is consolidating its position as a key ally in the daily routine of those who prioritize nutritious foods in their daily diet and seek to diversify their protein sources in a practical way and at different times of the day.

The executive emphasized that the company has a strong commitment to local production, which is why this new product will be part of the  "Made in Mexico" initiative,  whose seal will be part of the advertising campaign that will be implemented on television, billboards, digitally, and in points of sale with national reach.

The 150g solid format, in vanilla and red berry flavors, is ideal for starting the morning with a practical and nutritious breakfast. The 220g drinkable version, in the same flavors, offers a convenient option for those who stay active between the gym and the office. And to enjoy at home, whether as part of a light dinner or a family snack, the 700g solid presentation in natural and red berry flavors is perfect for sharing.
