Founded in 2020 and born from a passion for locally grown ingredients, JUL's Ibiza's certified 2 hectare farm supplies its kitchen with the freshest, highest quality products. Staying true to traditional Mediterranean cuisine, freshly picked vegetables, fruits and herbs make their way from the farm directly to exquisitely crafted dishes, ensuring that the menu is always bursting with flavour.
The menu features standout dishes such as Lobster & Prawn Tacos with Yuzu, Sumac Tarama, and Crispy Gyoza, as well as Wagyu Souvlaki served with Grilled Pita, Kosho Yuzu Tahini, and Yogurt. For an indulgent experience, the A5 Japanese Wagyu Ribeye, accompanied by Ginger Ponzu, Asparagus, and a vibrant Green Sauce, is expertly cooked over an open flame with responsibly sourced ingredients.
Closing the loop, kitchen waste is returned to the farm as compost to enrich the soil and support the next cycle of growth, creating a full cycle of life and solidifying their commitment to sustainability.
The indoor and outdoor open floor plan flows seamlessly, blending Mediterranean elegance with bohemian charm organic. To reflect JUL's values of authenticity, the outdoor dining is surrounded by their organic garden adorned with copper accents, plush seating and ambient lantern lighting, creating a relaxed atmosphere true to Spain from day to night.
Harmonising with their agriturismo culinary vision, JUL's also collaborate with craftspeople, designers and ceramicists to showcase exclusive handmade clothing, jewelry, accessories and ceramic dishes in the restaurant and in the JUL's Boutik. With their deep appreciation for craftsmanship and handmade creations, each product has a unique story to tell.
